Role Summary:
- Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations with a focus on wholesale/retail/trading environments
- Own delivery from requirements → implementation → go-live
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high business impact
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle Odoo projects (implementation, rollout, upgrades)
- Drive requirement workshops and map business processes into Odoo
- Lead cross-functional teams (functional + technical)
- Act as primary client interface and manage stakeholders
- Ensure strong delivery governance, testing, and successful go-live
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5+ years of Odoo experience (functional + project management)
- Proven track record of successful project rollouts (must provide proof points)
- Hands-on experience in wholesale/retail/distribution implementations
- Strong expertise across core modules:
- Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting
Version & Certification:
Experience working on Odoo 18 and Odoo 19
Odoo certification preferred
Key Skills:
- ERP process knowledge (O2C, P2P)
- Strong stakeholder management
- Agile / structured project delivery
- Ability to balance standard vs customization
Nice to Have:
- Experience with integrations (EDI, payment gateways, third-party systems)
- Multi-country or multi-warehouse implementations
Must demonstrate:
- 2–3 end-to-end Odoo implementations
- Measurable business outcomes (efficiency, automation, scale)
